EVANSVILLE, IND. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis baseball team lost both games of Saturday's doubleheader at Southern Indiana in the start of a three-game GLVC series. The host Screaming Eagles edged the Tritons, 4-3, in the opener, before a 15-4 win in the nightcap.

Senior Jon Mahanay went seven innings in the no-decision start. He allowed just two runs on three hits, while striking out six and walking three.
