BOLIVAR, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team bounced back from its first loss of the season to record a 3-1 win at one of the GLVC's newest members, Southwest Baptist, on Saturday afternoon. The Tritons won by set scores of 25-20, 25-21, 23-25, 25-16 as they completed a 14-match season-opening road trek.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- UMSL hit better than .300 for the seventh time this season, connecting at a .301 clip, while racking up a season second-best 68 kills.
- The Tritons also totaled a season-best eight service aces.
- UMSL bounced back from its lone set loss to hit .464 in the fourth frame, while recording five aces.
STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
- Junior
Kaileen Herman dished out a season-best 57 assists and also collected her second straight and fifth double-double of the season with 10 digs.
- Sophomore
Charlotte Richards equaled a season-best 18 kills and tallied two aces, while freshman
Raquel Kessler tallied a season-best 12 kills and hit .450, while adding two aces.
- Junior
Selena Nolte added 13 kills, keeping her streak of double digit kills for every match intact.
- Sophomore
Megan Woll registered a season-high 26 digs.
