ROCKFORD, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team came up short in a 1-0 loss to Concordia-St. Paul on Thursday afternoon in the 2019 season opener.
The two teams played at a neutral site, meeting halfway.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Golden Bears netted the game's only goal in the 36
th minute.
Concordia-St. Paul held a 10-5 advantage in shots, including 4-2 in shots on goal. The Golden Bears also owned a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks.
