UNIVERSITY CENTER, MICH. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team saw host Saginaw Valley State score two second half goals en route to a 3-1 victory on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
SVSU found the back of the net just four minutes and 29 seconds into the game for the early lead before sophomore
Imogen Bennett knotted the score at 1-1 in the 32
nd minute with her first collegiate goal off an assist from sophomore
Mia Milazzo.
The Cardinals scored the game-winner in the 74
th minute and added an insurance goal in the 84
th minute.
SVSU out-shot the Tritons, 19-8, including 9-4, in shots on goal and had a 7-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Freshman
Katelyn Grandcolas took three shots, landing one on goal.
Junior
Amber Hayes played all 90 minutes in goal, allowing the three tallies, while making six saves.
