ST. LOUIS – Redshirt sophomore
Isaiah Fuller scored a career-high 21 points on Tuesday night to help the University of Missouri-St. Louis men's basketball team to a 72-68 Great Lakes Valley Conference road win at Maryville.
The Tritons extend their win streak to seven games, while improving to 5-0 in road contests.
UMSL overcame a season-high 19 turnovers and fended off a late Maryville rally in which the Saints pulled within three after trailing by 17.

HOW IT HAPPENED
UMSL shot 65.4 percent in the opening 20 minutes and owned a 40-29 halftime lead.
An 8-0 Maryville run midway through the second half cut the Tritons' lead to 52-45. The Saints then used another 8-0 run to pull within 68-65 with just under 20 seconds to play, but would get no closer as Fuller and redshirt junior
Kellen King combined to go 4-for-4 at the free-throw line in the final 15 seconds to help seal the victory.
UMSL finished the game shooting an even 50 percent and held a 35-31 rebounding advantage. Maryville shot 42.6 percent.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Senior Shane Wissink added 13 points and four assists.
- Redshirt fresman Lawrence Brazil III recorded 12 points
- King also finished with 12 points and added six rebounds, three assists and two steals.
- Junior Marty Jackson pulled down seven boards.
