ST. LOUIS, MO. – The No. 18 ranked University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball team racked up 50 kills in a 3-0 win over Quincy on Saturday afternoon in its home opener. The Tritons were playing in the Mark Twain Building for the first time since Nov. 9, 2019 – a span of 456 days.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• UMSL hit .279 in the match, including .310 in the third set victory.
• The Tritons owned a 7-2 blocking advantage, which helped limit Quincy to .159 hitting.

 
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• Junior Charlotte Richards tallied a match-high 21 kills and added 12 digs.
• Senior Kaileen Herman finished with 38 assists, five kills, seven digs and three aces.
• Junior Megan Woll tallied 21 digs.
• Redshirt sophomore Olivia Klank added nine kills and three blocks.
