ST. LOUIS – The University of Missouri-St. Louis baseball team suffered an 11-0 loss on Sunday in the series finale against visiting Lewis.
Records: UMSL (4-13, 2-8 GLVC), Lewis (8-8, 6-6 GLVC)
The Flyers broke open the game with a six-run second inning on five hits, while also taking advantage of two Triton errors.
Lewis finished the game with 11 runs on 11 hits, while the Tritons had six hits and committed four errors.
Sophomore
Jacob Stoker tallied two hits.
Freshman
Jack Rhodes tossed four scoreless innings in relief, scattering just two hits, while striking out two and walking one.
