GREENSBORO, N.C. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's swimming teams had a lighter workload Thursday at the NCAA Division II National Championships. The UMSL men's 400 medley relay team participated in the lone event on the docket for the Tritons.
The 400 medley relay team was led off by
Guillem Masjuan Roca.
Austin Stevenson followed Masjuan Roca and
Conley Savage was third into the water.
Jon Osa anchored the relay for the Tritons in the Thursday evening session. UMSL placed 20th with a time of 3:19.18.
The Tritons have an action-packed Friday morning session.
Guillem Masjuan Roca will swim in heat one of the men's 100 backstroke. Then,
Jon Osa swims in the final heat of the men's 100 backstroke.
Zara Konstapel will swim in heat three of the women's 100 breaststroke. The UMSL relay team will have the day off before returning to the pool on Saturday for the men's 400 freestyle relay.
