In the bottom of the third, the Tritons (2-14, 1-3 GLVC) made it 1-0 when
Brandon Olion hit a double deep to right center field, scoring
Brandon Pasley all the way from first base. Olion moved to third on a
Matt DiMemmo base hit to right field, then scored as the ball got past the right fielder to make it 2-0.
In the fifth inning, the Cardinals (16-5, 3-1 GLVC) had the bases loaded with no one out and plated their first run on a ground ball double play from a nice play by third baseman

In the top of the seventh, the Cardinals had their first three batters reach with a walk and two hit-by-pitches. A sacrifice fly broke the tie and gave the Cardinals a 3-2 lead, then an RBI groundout made it 4-2.

Logan Mantz, driving in
Clayton Stephens who hit a leadoff double to deep center field.
The Cardinals added to their lead in the ninth, scoring their fifth run of the game on a sacrifice fly, then made it 6-3 on an RBI base hit to right field. The Cardinals tacked on another in the inning to make it the final score, 7-3.
