ST. LOUIS – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's swimming team split its dual meet with Truman State on Saturday at Pershing Natatorium in Kirksville, Mo. The Triton men defeated the Bulldogs 151.5-74.5 while the women were edged by the Bulldogs 121-102.
The men won 10 of 14 events and were led by freshman
Carson Ring and senior
Conley Savage who won two events apiece. Ring won the 1,000 freestyle in a time of 10:07.63 and the 500 free with a time of 4:55.49. Savage claimed the top spot in the 200 butterfly touching the wall at 1:54.72 and the 100 fly in a time of 49.76 seconds.

David Reynolds won the event in a time of 4:03.25. The Triton 400 free relay squad of Savage, Masjuan Roca, freshman
Elvin Sabanadzovic and Reynolds turned in the top time of 3:11.13.
Junior
Mason Stimson finished in a tie with Truman's Alex Burkhardt in the 200 back with a time of 1:58.86, Masjuan Roca was the winner in the 200 breast at 2:10:13, Bechtel claimed the top spot in the 200 individual medley with a time of 1:57.53 and freshman
Dylan Bonnett won the 100 breast in a time of 1:00.46.
For the women, freshman
Kelsey Roth was the winner in the 1,000 free with a time of 11:07.77, fifth-year senior
Zara Konstapel won the 200 breast at 2:28.94, freshman
Justice Beard was the winner in the 500 free with a time of 5:07.18, freshman
Ella Lantz won the 200 back at 2:09.15 and the quartet of E. Lantz, Konstapel, freshman
Audrey Lantz and sophomore
Madison Bottorff won the 400 medley relay in a time of 4:03.25.
Roth also took second in the 50 free with a time of 25.18 seconds and in the 200 back in a time of 2:11.77. Sophomore
Isabella Gruidl took second in the 200 free at 2:00.54, sophomore
Mackenzie Greenley came in second in the 200 fly touching the wall at 2:12.78 while junior
Cheyanne Godleski was the runner-up in the 100 breast with a time of 1:09.99. A. Lantz, junior

Maria Serra finished second, third and fourth in the 100 free while sophomore
Callie Clinton, Serra and Bottorff went two, three, four in the 100 fly.
The Tritons return to the pool on Thursday (Nov. 16) competing in IUPUI's House of Champions meet at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis. The three-day event concludes on Saturday (Nov. 18).
