Haley Larson scored her second goal of the season three minutes and 39 seconds into the second half to help the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory at Missouri S&T Friday night in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.

Brittany Harbaugh for the game's only score as UMSL improves to 2-5-1 overall with the win, including 2-4 in the GLVC. Missouri S&T slips to 4-5 and 2-5 in the league.
The Tritons won despite being out-shot, 10-7, but UMSL landed six shots on goal. Freshman
Hannah Kaloupek took a team-high three shots, placing all three on target.
Junior
Kaitlyn Smugala played all 90 minutes in goal, recording four saves.
UMSL returns to action Sunday, traveling to Drury in a 12 p.m. contest.
