Box Score ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's soccer team saw a three-game win streak snapped on Friday night with a 2-0 loss to Rockhurst in Great Lakes Valley Conference action.
The Hawks scored one goal in each half to help garner the win. UMSL slips to 5-2 with the loss, including 3-2 in the GLVC, while Rockhurst moves to 7-1 and 4-1 in the league. The two teams had entered the night in a five-way tie for second place in the conference standings.
The Hawks' Meghan Kilkenny scored unassisted in the 21
st minute on a shot from outside 18 to the far upper 90, while Brandi VanBooven added an insurance goal in the 77
th minute.
The Tritons owned a 13-11 advantage in shots, while both teams placed four shots on goal.

Laura Hurlbut took four shots, landing two on target, while junior
Jessica Mincher attempted three shots.
UMSL returns to the field on Sunday, hosting William Jewell at 12 p.m.
