Senior
Brandon Marquardt averages a team-best 14.7 points per game, but averaged just 8.5 last weekend. He also leads the team with 61 three-pointers, needing 23 to tie the program's single season record. Marquardt ranks 10th in NCAA DII in three-point field goal percentage (49.6) and is 11th in three-point field goals made and per game (3.39).
Junior
Joseph English follows with 9.9 points per game, while redshirt freshman
Joshua Webster adds 9.5 points. Both also lead the team with 4.1 rebounds per game and are one-two in assists with English averaging 4.2 and Webster 3.5.

Brandon Marquardt has 115 three-pointers in two seasons at UMSL, which ranks 10th on the program charts, and is shooting 47.7 percent from beyond the arc, which currently ranks first.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTSWilliam Jewell is 7-10 overall, including 2-7 in the GLVC, has won two straight, including taking an 87-84 decision over Drury at home. The Cardinals, 0-4 in road games, are led by Darius Tomlin's 17.1 points per game, while Austin Regier adds 10.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
Rockhurst enters a Thursday game at Maryville with a 9-8 overall record, including a 4-5 GLVC mark. The Hawks, who have won all four of their GLVC games on the road, are led by Dominique Washington's 19.3 points per game. In GLVC-only games, he is scoring a league-best 20.3 points per game.
SERIES HISTORIESUMSL is 11-6 all-time against William Jewell. The two teams split last season with the Cardinals winning at home during the regular season, 69-60, while the Tritons posted an 80-68 victory at home in first round action of the GLVC Tournament.
UMSL is 19-20 all-time against Rockhurst and has won three straight, including a 77-76 decision last year in Kansas City. The Tritons won the last meeting in St. Louis, 74-56, during the 2013-14 season.
UP NEXTUMSL will host McKendree next Thursday and Illinois Springfield next Saturday to close out the home portion of its schedule.
