INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team enters the final round of play at the NCAA DII Midwest/Central Regional on Saturday in a tie for seventh place.
The Tritons own a team score of 596 (296-300) after two rounds, but are just three strokes out of third place.
All teams will complete 54 holes of play with the top six finishing teams, along with the top two individual not with an advancing team, will qualify for the NCAA Championships May 16-20 in Detroit, Mich., at the TPC Detroit.
Grand Valley State leads the 20-team field with a 579 (285-294), two strokes better than Central Missouri. The next nine teams in the standings are separated by seven strokes.
UMSL begins teeing off for its final 18 holes at 11 a.m. (EST).
