CHICAGO, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team tied for 12^th place at the 34-team Midwest Regional #1, held Monday and Tuesday at Harborside International.
 
The Tritons, which entered today's final 18 holes in 20^th place, shot 305 each day to finish with a team score of 610, finishing 20 strokes behind team champion Malone.
 
Freshman Kaylor Steger was UMSL's top finisher. He shot a 149 (74-75) to tie for 17^th place. Medalist honors went to Tiffin's Tyler Maranville, who carded a 142.
