ELSAH, ILL. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team lost a narrow 5-4 decision to Bellarmine on Sunday as the Tritons opened the spring portion of their 2014-15 schedule.

The Knights took a 2-1 lead after doubles and then won three of the six singles matches.

UMSL returns to action March 5, traveling to Newman.
