WATERLOO, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team turned in a 297 on its opening 18 holes of the GLVC Championships Friday.
The Tritons sit in second place, five strokes behind leader Indianapolis, in the 14-team field.
Junior
Alexa Capesius shot an even par 72 to pace UMSL and is one shot out of the lead.
The second of three rounds will be played on Saturday.
