ALLENDALE, MICH. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team turned in a third place finish at the Gilda's Club Laker Invite, hosted by Grand Valley State on Saturday and Sunday.
The Tritons, who shot a 326 in yesterday's first round, entered today in fifth place before shaving off nine strokes to turn in a 317 and finish with a team score of 643. Indianapolis finished seven strokes better than the host school to earn the team title in the 13-team field.
