OWENSBORO, KY. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team turned in a 308 on Monday as the Tritons played the first of three rounds at the NCAA East Super Regional at The Pearl Club in Owensboro, Ky.
UMSL sits in fourth place in the 12-team field, five strokes out of third place. The top four teams, along with the top four individuals not with an advancing team, will qualify to the 2019 NCAA DII Women's Golf Championships May 15-18 in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Individually, junior
Emma Thorngren carded a 75 and is tied for seventh place.
The Tritons will tee of their second round tomorrow morning.
