Box Score 2 TOPEKA, KAN. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis softball team opened its season on Friday with the first two of six games at the Washburn Invitational. The Tritons lost a 3-1 decision to Sioux Falls and a 7-0 decision to Central Missouri.

Jenna Towle suffered the loss in four and one-thirds inning of work. Junior
Mimi Bradley tossed two and two-thirds scoreless innings.
Central Missouri 7, UMSL 0
UMSL was limited to three hits, but got a triple from junior
Jessica Mrzlak, while sophomore
Morgan Barnoski tallied a double.
The Jennies scored seven runs on eight hits.
