CARMEL, Ind. – The 24th ranked University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team finished in a tie for ninth along with Wayne State (Mich.) with a score of 942 (324-305-313) on Tuesday at the UIndy Fall Invitational at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel, Ind.
Wilma Zanderau shot an even par 72 in her final round to finish in a four-way tie for third with a score of 219 (78-69-72) and was named to the all-tournament team.
Victoria Klausner finished with a 54-hole score of 229 (79-74-76) to finish in a tie for 26th,
Linn Thornqvist shot a 246 (83-81-82) while
Juliette Lecomte and
Momo Kikuchi had scores of 252 (84-85-83) and 262 (89-81-92) respectively.
Findlay's Mary Kelly Mulcahy was the individual medalist with a score of 212 (74-68-70) and the Oilers won the team championship with a total score of 886 (303-290-293).
The Tritons are back in action this Sunday as they travel to Robson Ranch in Denton, Texas for the Dallas Baptist Women's Fall Classic.
