ST. LOUIS – Sophomore
Wilma Zanderau of the No. 24 University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team is tied for 11th place after the first found of the Dallas Baptist Classic on Sunday at Wildhorse Golf Club at Robson Ranch in Denton, Texas.
Zanderau shot an even par 72 and is five shots off the lead. She had five birdies during her round.
As a team, the Tritons are in 15th place in the 16-team field with a score of 309. Findlay holds a one-shot lead over UIndy and Saint Leo heading into Monday's second round.
Ebba Wernered and
Juliette Lecomte each shot a 77 while
Linn Thornqvist finished with a score of 83 and
Victoria Klausner shot an 86.
