WEEKLY REWIND…
Volleyball
The No. 19 Tritons snapped a three-game losing streak with back-to-back sweeps of Truman State and Upper Iowa this past weekend.
Addison Voorhees led the offensive attack with a total of 24 kills in the two matches.
Men's Swimming
The Tritons rolled to 197.5-64.5 victory over Truman State in their home opener at the UMSL Swimming Pool on Saturday afternoon.
Hendrik Bechtel and
Conley Savage led the way with three events each.
Women's Swimming
The Tritons defeated Truman State 160-101 in their home opener on Saturday afternoon at the UMSL Swimming Pool.
Justice Beard won three events in the dual while
Ella Lantz picked up two event wins.
Men's Soccer
The Tritons clinched a berth in the GLVC Tournament with a 3-1 win over Truman State on Sunday afternoon at Don Dallas Field.
Devin Livingstone scored the game-winning goal in the 72nd minute and
JT Goldstein added an insurance goal in the 75th minute.
Women's Soccer
The Tritons extended their winning streak to eight with a 3-0 win over Truman State on Sunday afternoon at the Lou Fusz Soccer Complex.
Mary Kate Neal picked up her fifth straight clean sheet and eighth of the season to move into a tie for fifth for most shutouts in a single season in school history.
