ST. LOUIS – The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team finished the first day of the Southern Invite in 14th place with a 36-hole score of 634 (317-317) on Monday at the Cypresswood – Cypress Course in Houston, Texas.
Sophomore
Wilma Zanderau led the way for the Tritons with a score of 155 (76-79) and is tied for 49th overall heading into Tuesday's final round. Senior
Victoria Klausner finished her day with a score of 159 (75-84) and is tied for 64th.
Henderson State's Allie Bianchi sits atop the leader board with a score of 133 but still has one hole to play as the second round was suspended due to darkness. Dallas Baptist is the team leader after 36 holes with a score of 571 (289-282).
