LEBANON, ILL. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's soccer team extended its unbeaten streak to five games on Friday night with a 1-0 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory at McKendree.

Matt Burrus scored just six minutes and two seconds into the contest off a pass from sophomore
Tyler Collico for the game-winner. It was Burrus' fourth goal of the season.
UMSL improves to 8-6-1 overall with the win, including 7-5-1 in the GLVC, while McKendree dips to 3-11-1 and 1-11-1 in the league.
The Tritons finished with eight shots, including three from Collico and two from Burrus, and placed four on target, while McKendree took 11 shots, landing just one on goal.
Junior
Nick Lenkman improved to 6-1-1 in goal with his fourth shutout of the season.
UMSL continues a three-game roadswing to close out the regular season on Sunday, traveling to Bellarmine at 2:30 p.m. (ET).
