ST. LOUIS, MO. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team lost a 7-2 decision to Grand Valley State on Sunday.

Renee Verboven at No. 1 doubles to record an 8-5 win before claiming a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles.
The Tritons, which slip to 11-5 overall, will close out their regular season on Wednesday against Washington University before traveling to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament in Indianapolis, Ind., on Friday. Grand Valley State, ranked fourth in the Midwest Region, improves to 23-5 with the win. UMSL is ranked sixth in the region.
