Men's Midwest Regional Rankings
ST. LOUIS, MO. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's tennis teams are both represented in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) first regional rankings of the year.
Both teams are ranked sixth in their respective groups, while individually a total of six student-athletes are ranked.
On the women's side, sophomores
Jennifer Hauer and
Salome Bleuler are ranked 18th and 20th, respectively in singles, while the doubles duo of graduate students
Kristine Lindal and
Carlota Trevino are ranked sixth. Hauer posted an 8-2 record during the fall, while Bleuler was 5-4, which included a 5-7-6-2, 1-0 win over eighth-seeded Sofya Logunova of Walsh en route to advancing to the Round of 16 of the ITA Midwest Regional. Lindl and Trevino posted a 9-2 record in doubles.
On the men's side, junior
Kristoffer Lindal and sophomore
Rob White are ranked seventh in doubles, following a fall season in which they posted a 6-5 record, advancing to the quarterfinals of the ITA Midwest Regionals.
