INDIANAPOLIS, IND. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team lost a pair of 5-4 decisions to two regional opponents, including Ferris State on Friday night and No. 30 ranked Grand Valley State on Saturday.

Seniors Natalia Carvalhais (No. 5) and Renee Verboven (No. 4) and sophomore Patricia Maya (No. 3) all went 2-0 in singles play on the weekend.

UMSL slips to 10-4 overall and will play at Missouri Baptist on Wednesday.
