INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – Freshman Salome Bleuler and senior Renee Verboven of the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team have been named to the All-Great Lakes Valley Conference Team, as announced by the league office at the annual GLVC Tournament banquet.
 
Bleuler is 21-8 in singles, playing mostly at the No. 2 spot, which includes a 4-1 GLVC mark. Her lone league setback was a three-set decision to Lara Muller of No. 33 ranked Drury. In doubles, Bleuler is 17-9, including 13-4 with Patricia Maya. The duo was 11-5 at No. 1.
 
Verboven earns All-GLVC honors for the third time in her career. She owns a team-best 23-6 record and posted a 3-2 GLVC mark. In doubles, Verboven is 16-13.  
 
The duo has helped UMSL to a 17-7 overall record, which ties a school record for victories. The Tritons were 3-2 in the GLVC and are the No. 3 West Division seed in the GLVC Tournament this weekend in Romeoville, Ill., and open play against No. 2 East Division seed Indianapolis.
