GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. – Senior Marina Prediger advanced to the quarterfinals of the A Singles at the ITA Midwest Regional Tournament to highlight action for the University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team.
 
Prediger and junior Leticia Lunge also advanced to the quarterfinals of the A Doubles.
 
UMSL was 3-0 in the Round of 64 in the A Singles with freshman Hannah Burth and sophomore Odette Beagrie also winning their first round matches before falling in the Round of 32.
 
In B Singles, Lunge and freshman Maja Lietzau each won their first rounds matches.
 
In A Doubles, Beagrie and Lietzau won their opening match, while in B Doubles, Burth and sophomore Clara Lopez Bueno won their first round match.
 
UMSL returns to the courts on October 4-5 to host its host UMSL Tournament.
