STARKVILLE, MISS. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's track and field teams competed at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays hosted by Mississippi State University.
Jacob Warner finished third in the 5000 meter run on Friday.
Jacob Warner clocked a time of 14:56.21 to place third in the 5000 meter run. Warner was just over three seconds off the second place runner, Fionn Harrington from the University of Central Arkansas, who ran in 14:53.36. Evan Allen from the University of North Alabama won the race with a time of 14:46.11.
Kennedy Moore finished 36th with a time of 1:04.95 in the women's 400 meter dash.
Kayley Heeter placed 21st in the 5000 meter run with a time of 19:38.31.
Gavin Love finished with a time of 54.88 seconds to place 39th in the men's 400 meter dash.
Sean Ede and
Sam Savastino both raced in the 5000 meter run. Ede placed 13th with a time of 15:59.63. Savastino finished with a time of 16:06.95 to place 16th.
The Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays continue tomorrow in Starkville, Miss. for the final race day of the meet.
