ST. LOUIS – The University of Missouri-St. Louis finished the first day of the Doc Spragg Fall Invitational in 12th place with a 36-hole score of 580 (293-287) on Monday at the Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio.
Freshman
Dani Solavera led the way for the Tritons with a score of 143 (73-70) and is tied for 23rd overall heading into Tuesday's final round. Fifth-year senior
Rob Hogan and sophomore
Leo Baudry are tied for 39th with a score of 145. Hogan shot a 72 in the first round and followed it up with a 73 in the afternoon session while Baudry shot rounds of 73 and 72.
Findlay's Colin Schadek and Ashland's Carter Mishler are tied atop the leaderboard with a score of 138. Grand Valley State is the team leader after 36 holes with a score of 562 (279-283).
Tuesday's final round is scheduled to tee off at 8 a.m. (CDT).
