ST. LOUIS – The No. 20 University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team is in fourth place with a 36-hole score of 594 (305-289) after the first two rounds of the 2025 Emerald Coast Classic at Sandestin-Baytowne Golf Club in Destin, Fla.
Wilma Zanderau leads the way for the Tritons shooting a 143 (73-70) on Monday and is ninth overall.
Hillary Currier had rounds of 75-71 and is tied for 13th overall with a 36-hole score of 146.
Emmy Wahl is tied for 25th with a score of 150 (76-74).
Mayan Covarrubias and
Hope Williams, competing as an individual, both shot a 155. Covarrubbias shot an 81 in the morning round and 74 in the afternoon session while Williams had rounds of 78 and 77.
Juliette Lecomte shot a 156 (81-75).
Flager's Henriette Stranda is the individual leader through 36 holes with a score of 134 (69-65) and has a five-shot lead over West Texas A&M's Sarah Reed. The Saints are the team leader with a score of 563 (287-276) and hold a 10-shot lead over West Texas A&M.
The final round of the 2025 Emerald Coast Classic is scheduled to tee off at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
