RICHMOND, Ky. – The No. 21 University of Missouri-St. Louis women's golf team is in third place with a team score of 592 (297-295) after the first day of the Findlay Spring Invitational at Boone Trace Golf Course in Richmond, Ky.
Wilma Zanderau led the way for the Tritons finishing the day with a score of 146 (76-70) and is tied for seventh overall heading into Tuesday's final round.
Hillary Currier is two shots behind Zanderau with a score of 148 (73-75) and is in 11th place.
Juliette Lecomte and
Mayan Covarrubias are tied for 16th with scores of 150. Lecomte shot a score of 77 in the morning round and 73 in the afternoon session while Covarrubias had rounds of 73 and 77.
Anderson's Kennedy McGaha is the individual leader by eight shots over Findlay's Hayley Dye. The Trojans hold a one-shot lead over the Oilers for the team crown heading into Tuesday's final round.
The final round of the 2025 Findlay Spring Invitational is scheduled to tee off at 8 a.m. (CDT) on Tuesday.
