ELSAH, ILL., - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team opened the spring portion of its schedule with a 7-2 win over Bellarmine on Sunday.

The Tritons won two of three doubles matches and five of six singles matches.

Graduate students Kristine Lindal and Carlota Trevino and freshman Marina Prediger all won at both singles and doubles for UMSL, which improved to 2-0 in dual matches.

The Tritons return to action on Saturday, hosting McKendree at 11 a.m.
