SPRINGFIELD, MO. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis women's tennis team suffered its first loss of the season on Friday with a 5-4 setback at No. 14 ranked Drury.
The Tritons slip to 11-1 overall, including 3-1 in the GLVC.
In doubles,
Salome Bleuler and
Patricia Maya won at No. 2 to extend their win streak to 10 matches, while in singles
Carlota Trevino won at No. 4 for her 11th straight victory and at No. 6,
Marina Prediger collected her 14th straight win.
UMSL returns to the courts next Friday at Rockhurst.
