ST. CHARLES, MO. - The University of Missouri-St. Louis men's and women's track and field teams ran at the Dick Cochran Invite hosted by Lindenwood University on Saturday.
The men had four competitors in the 1500 meter race.
Brett Lynch placed 12th with a time of 4:34.16.
Gavin Love crossed the line in 14th place with a time of 4:37.
Donald Mahoney finished 19th with a time of 4:46.29.
Aiden Petrofsky clocked a time of 4:50.25 to finish 20th.
Haeley Johnson competed in the women's long jump and landed a mark of 4.73 meters. Johnson placed 11th.
Johnson also ran in the 100 meters prelims taking 15th place with a time of 13 seconds.
Kayley Heeter recorded a fifth place finish in the women's 1500 meter final with a time of 5:28.97. Heeter scored five points for the Tritons.
Peyton Brueck finished 10th with a time of 5:39.59.
Lily Wagemann crossed the line in 11th with a time of 5:43.02.
Lauren Bearden-Kyser clocked a time of 7:04.22 to place 17th.
Dominica Rooks placed 19th in the women's 200 meters final with a time of 28.22 seconds.
Rooks also ran in the women's 400 meters finals and finished 12th with a time of 1:07.61.
Kennedy Moore placed ninth crossing the line at 1:04.46.
The Tritons take a week off to recover before traveling to Bolivar, Mo. where Southwest Baptist University hosts the GLVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships starting on May 5.
