Gina Gregory-Bowders was twice selected as a second team All-Conference Player and selected as a first team All-Conference selection in 1986-87. She earned honorable mention All-American honors in 1985-86 and was a fourth team All-American selection in 1986-87.

Gregory-Bowders ranks second on the UMSL career scoring list with 1,657 points and second in career rebounding with 609. She also ranks third in career steals with 141 and sixth in career assists with 207.
